Director, Credit Strategy & Analytics

Location: NYC, Hybrid

Lead end-to-end strategy for SMB credit products (Business Credit Card + Funding). Own underwriting, portfolio performance, economics, and risk posture while driving responsible growth. Partner with Product, DS, Finance, and Marketing to launch new credit initiatives and optimize acquisition, unit economics, and portfolio health. Manage and develop an analytics team and represent the company with bank partners and capital providers.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years in credit analytics or strategy

  • Deep experience with card or lending portfolios

  • Strong SQL and Python skills

  • Background in credit modeling

  • Proven team leadership

  • Clear, confident communication skills

  • Bonus: startup/fintech experience and exposure to capital markets

Fiat Talent Exclusive Job

General Manager, PayMe (Kinetic)

Location: Brooklyn, NY (In-Office)
Compensation: $200K–$300K base + meaningful equity in Kinetic

Fiat Talent is recruiting on behalf of Kinetic, an AI-native app foundry backed by Google Ventures, Point72, and Alexis Ohanian. The team is small, fast, and known for shipping consumer apps that climb the charts in weeks, not quarters.

They’re hiring a General Manager to run PayMe, a top 15 Finance app on iOS helping users earn and claim millions of dollars. The GM owns the full P&L, product roadmap, growth engine, and user experience. You’ll launch new versions of the app, run aggressive testing across onboarding and paywalls, build engagement loops, and hire the early team as PayMe grows into a broader financial product. This role reports to Justin Silver, CEO of Kinetic, and will operate as a senior leader inside the studio.

The role is built for someone who has gone from 1 to 100 at a consumer fintech and knows how to operate like a founder. The ideal candidate brings:

  • Experience owning P&L or leading product/growth at fintech names like Rocket Money, Truebill, Copilot, Monarch Money, Albert, Chime, Digit, or Dave

  • A strong product and growth toolkit across experimentation, pricing, paywalls, lifecycle, and funnels

  • A data-first approach and comfort running rapid tests without layers of process

  • High-agency problem solving and the ability to build hands-on, not from the sidelines

  • The range to shift from IC-level execution to managing a growing team
