Director of Fraud Strategy & Analytics

Location: Remote, US

Ownership of the fraud P&L and set the holistic fraud strategy for a consumer credit card fintech. You’ll guide a team of analysts, enhance defenses at every customer touchpoint, and collaborate across the business to ship secure products and cut losses while keeping CX strong.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the fraud strategy and long-term roadmap

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of fraud analysts

• Strengthen controls across application, ATO, payment, and transaction risk

• Lead key cross-functional efforts and communicate results to senior leaders

What You Bring

• 7+ years of analytical fraud experience

• 3+ years as a people and team leader 

• Deep knowledge of card/payments fraud 

• Strong technical skills (SQL/Python) 

• Prior fintech or startup experience a plus
